TSBC reviews your submission
Review time is set by TSBC, not us. If they request changes that come from our drafting, we revise free until it’s accepted, so build in buffer before your renewal date.
Annual review keeps you current
TSBC requires every QCP to be reviewed annually. We reach out ahead of your renewal and update the manual for you, so you’re never caught at the deadline.

What if I don’t know the answer to an intake question?
That’s normal. “Not sure” and “N/A” are fine answers, and we’ll follow up if anything needs clarifying. You don’t need to write anything technical.
When does the 72-hour clock start?
The moment your deposit clears and we have your completed intake. You get a specialist-reviewed draft within 72 hours of that point.
What if TSBC asks for changes?
If the changes come from our drafting, we revise the manual free until it’s accepted. Full terms are in our Services Agreement.
