We are not an engineering firm, a law firm, or a licensed or certified professional, and nothing on this site or in our documents is engineering, legal, or other professional advice. Customers are responsible for obtaining independent professional and legal advice on their compliance obligations.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Technical Safety BC, the TSSA, ABSA, WorkSafeBC, or any other regulator or certifying body. References to regulators are descriptive only.
No guarantee of regulatory outcomes
We do not control regulator decisions and do not guarantee that any document will be accepted, approved, or result in any licence or certificate. Our acceptance commitment is limited to the terms of our Services Agreement (“revised free until accepted, or refunded”).
Customer responsibilities
Documents we prepare reflect the information the customer provides. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of that information, for confirming the document reflects their actual operations, for implementing and following it, and for its submission to any regulator.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from this site or our services is limited as set out in our Services Agreement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Referral program
Customers may refer other contractors using their personal referral code. A referral counts as successful once the referred contractor has paid and passed the 14-day refund window. The first successful referral earns the referrer one free annual review (a $995 value); each successful referral after that earns $500, paid by Interac e-transfer. The first reward is a free renewal, not cash. The referred contractor receives 5% off their manual when they enter the referral code at checkout. One reward per new customer; self-referrals do not qualify. getqcpmanual.ca (Navdex Solutions Inc.) may change or end the program at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
