We use these names to build your team chart and the page the boss signs.

The boss or owner * the person at the top who signs off. Write their name and job. Who makes sure the work is done right? * can be the same person as the boss. They can stop a job if something is wrong.

Some jobs need special training. For each one, do you do it, or do you pay someone else? If you pay someone, writing their name makes your manual better. Most boiler shops weld in-house.
