Intake Process

Fill out the 20-minute online form, which includes essential details about your company and the specific class of contractor (REF, B, or PW) for which you need a QCP manual.
What to Expect:
- Company Name: Enter your business name.
- Contact Information: Provide your email address and phone number.
- Contractor Classification: Select the appropriate classification from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Review and Sign
Once we receive your intake form, our team will review it for completeness. You will be contacted to sign an Operations Accuracy Attestation, confirming that the information provided is accurate and true.
What to Expect:
- Review Email: You will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed.
- Attestation Form: Sign the attestation form electronically and return it via the same method.
Step 3: Drafting Your QCP Manual
After you sign the attestation, our team will begin drafting your custom QCP manual. This process typically takes 72 hours from the time we receive your signed form.
What to Expect:
- Draft Delivery: You will be provided with a draft of your QCP manual via email.
- Review and Feedback: Review the draft and provide any necessary feedback or revisions within 10 business days.
- Final Manual: Upon final review, your QCP manual will be delivered in its final form.
Step 4: Submit to TSBC
Once you are satisfied with the final version of your QCP manual, it can be submitted directly to Technical Safety BC (TSBC) as part of your licence renewal process.

- Submission: You will receive instructions on how to submit your completed QCP manual to TSBC.
