Common questions about paying
Why do I pay a deposit instead of the full amount?
The 50% deposit starts your project and your 72-hour clock. You only pay the remaining balance once your draft is delivered, so you’ve already seen the work before the final payment.
Is the GST included in the prices shown?
No, prices are shown plus GST. Your deposit and balance are each 50% of the one-time price, plus applicable GST, charged at checkout and on the delivery invoice.
How is the balance invoiced?
When we deliver your draft, we send an invoice for the remaining 50% (plus GST). The deposit and balance together equal the flat price for your licence class.
Is checkout secure? Do you store my card?
Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe. Payment details go straight to Stripe, we never see or store your card number.
How does the annual review work?
TSBC requires every QCP to be reviewed and re-accepted annually before renewal, so each manual now includes an annual review that auto-renews at $995/yr, first billed 12 months after your purchase. You can cancel anytime.
What if TSBC asks for changes after I submit?
If the changes come from our drafting, we revise the manual free until it’s accepted. Full terms are in our Services Agreement.
